By accessing or using Applied Diligence, a service of Kanoe Technologies SL (NIF B23942923, Calle Padre Damián 41, 28036 Madrid, Spain), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
We compile what official sources publish. For every result we tell you: which source it came from, the date we observed it, and what that source cannot tell you.
We do not decide anything about the company or person you are checking.
We compile what official sources publish. We do not certify a company's standing.
Nothing we provide is clearance, certification, verification of good standing, or advice. We do not tell you that a company is solvent, that a person is not disqualified, or that an absence of a record means an absence of a fact.
A result showing nothing found means the subject did not appear in that source, over the period and the records we searched — and nothing more.
This is not a statement about how good our data is. Better sources, fresher data or a stronger identity match do not change it. You act in your own name, and the decision is yours.
You buy credits in advance. A check spends credits from your organisation's balance when it returns a result.
A check that fails, cannot reach the source, or cannot be answered within the limits we publish for it does not spend credits.
You do not have to take our word for this. Your credit balance is shown on your credits page before and after every check, and each check appears in your credit history with the number of credits it spent — or with none, where it returned no result. If a check spent credits and returned no result, tell us from your credit history and we will restore them.
A result tells you which source it came from, the date we observed it, and the limits we publish for that check. If a result carried those three things, and the source's own record says what we reported, the result stands — and we will show you the evidence.
If we got any of those three wrong — we named the wrong source, gave the wrong observation date, or reported something the source does not say — that is our defect. We restore your credits and we log it.
If the source's own record is wrong, that is not something we can correct. We will re-run the check at no credit cost and show you what the source says.
No check we currently offer incurs a fee payable to a register. If that changes, any such fee will be shown before the check runs.
